Winter Session Registration and News



Welcome to November- Whats happening?  

So glad that there isn't snow accumulating on the ground just yet! Thank you to everyone who purchased our 15th Anniversary commemorative Pilates EQ T-shirts.  We have a few left in stock so grab them while you can.

We will be starting registration for the Winter session on Nov 4, so we thought we would provide the preliminary schedule,  important dates for early registration and answers to common questions.  If you have any other questions, please contact us via email or via phone at 780 461 9594.

We are planning a few workshops for the Winter session.  We will be continuing with Angie's MELT Method workshops and adding  "Intro to Essential Somatics Movement" and a new offering " Healthy Joint Movement"which is from Lorraine's study of work called " Functional Range Conditioning".  We will be sending out more information about these and other information sharing workshops.  If you have any requests, please let us know.

Just a reminder that the studio will be closed for Remembrance Day on Monday, November 11, 2019.

Winter 2020 Session - Sat. Jan 4 to Fri. April 3

How long is the session?

  • Mon. and Sat. classes are 12 Week sessions and
  • Tues, Wed., Thurs. and Fri. classes are 13 week sessions

Registering for a particular class is a 2 part process.  Firstly, depending of the day of the week, you purchase a 12 or 13 week session pass. Secondly, you register in all of the classes for that session.  See info below on the makeup policy for early cancelled classes.

What classes are offered?

Here is  a link to our preliminary  Winter schedule.  The schedule will be finalized based on enrollment numbers so please sign up early to secure a spot in the class.

BEGINNER PILATES, no experience necessary.  Gain body awareness to improve your movement and health. 
Mon 5:00 pm- Equipment class
Mon. 8:00 pm- Mat class
Wed 11:15 am- Equipment class
If your schedule doesn't match up with ours, we are always open to requests for alternative time slots.

How do I register? What does it cost?

 Nov 4-16      Registration of current clients in existing classes:   

  • Existing clients can secure their space in the winter session by registering with the studio via email, phone or in person between Nov 4-16th.  Full payment is required to secure a class space and there is a 5% discount for early registration. You can't register yourself online during this time frame.

 Nov 18      Open registration begins:    

  • You will have on line access to purchase sessions and register in classes this day.  If you are changing classes, please wait until this day to register.

Nov 25      Drop in 10 visit pass can be purchased:    

  • A 10 visit drop in pass can be purchased by those who can't commit to the full session, starting Mon. Nov 25.  It can be used on a drop in basis, space permitting. 

5% Sale for early full session registration Nov 4- Nov 24 only!

All passes expire on April 3th and there is no carryover to future sessions for non- use.

Make ups?
Make up of early cancelled visits (24 hours in advance) are allowed in the same or lower level class, space permitting.  Late and/or no-show visits are not available to be made up.  An equipment class can also be made up in a mat class, space permitting, when arranged with the studio directly.  Please note a change:  Make ups can only be booked once the session starts.
