2020 Summer Session

In response to client requests, our summer schedule offers in studio equipment and virtual mat and somatics classes. The session is 8 weeks in length with the exception of Thursday and Friday classes which are 9 weeks. A combined schedule is available on Mindbody and a PDF copy is here too. The schedule is subject to change if registration does not make our class minimums. Please check the online schedule prior to attending classes.
A reminder that a wellness questionnaire and waiver will be required to be answered and signed each time you visit the studio. If you are unwell please stay home to get better and contact us to re-schedule your appointment. We will be practicing social distancing at the studio and a reminder to please wear a mask for entering the studio.
The studio will be closed for the August long weekend Aug 1- 3.

Register now either online or via email. PLEASE NOTE: if you have an account credit or an unused spring equipment package, please contact Jen to register to utilize your credit/ package.

(*) If you are attending a 9 week class the extra class can be purchased through Jen via email so you can get the last class discounted as well.
How to register!
Buy a pass first (online or through Jen) and then register in individual classes to save your spot.
Make ups of early cancelled visits (24 hours in advance) are allowed in the same or lower class levels, space permitting. If you are unwell, please contact us, Otherwise, late and/or no-show visits are not able to be made up. An equipment class can also be made up in a virtual class, space permitting. Please arrange that kind of makeup with the studio directly.
