MELT Roller Progressions Workshop November 25th!
Watch for another email on a MELT Progressions Roller Workshop to expand on what was learned in the first workshop and advance the participant into more body specific areas. Instruction will include more focus on the front line, lateral lines and the deep hip. The timing of this workshop allows participants enough time to MELT regularly 2-3 times per week to prepare their bodies for the next workshop.
A MELT Roller Class in 2018?
Interested in a MELT class on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm starting January 2018? This class will include movements from the new "MELT Performance" work to re-integrate and re-pattern certain stabilizers of the body. We need a miniumum of 5 to start a class.
